[第一階段] 2020參賽跑者保障名額報名 2020 Participant Registration (Reserved Quota)	11/16(一/Mon)14:00 ~ 12/03(四/ Thu)17:00	資料一律採網路登錄，依欲參加之項目登記，資料送出即無法更改。報名者需於規定時間內完成繳費，未完成者視同放棄參賽。此次螢光夜跑一律為個人報名。此次活動的繳費方式一律採用信用卡線上付款，相關行政費用由參賽者自行負擔。參加 2021 PUMA 螢光夜跑的跑者，報到方式將一律採郵寄報到。 All registration should be applied online. After the registration deadline, no further changes or modifications shall be permitted. All participants must complete the payment transaction within a stipulated deadline, or the qualification will be cancelled. The 2021 PUMA night run only accept PERSONAL registration. The registration fee must be paid by credit card online. Those who register by 2021 PUMA Night Run Registration should use postal check-in.

發送購鞋優先報名認證序號卡 Transmit the certification code	11/16(一/Mon) ~ 11/30(一/Mon) (隨各家店點開閉店時間)	於期間內至PUMA門市購買螢光夜跑指定鞋款即可獲得優先報名認證序號，各門市店點限於其營業時間內發送此序號卡。 Those who purchase the specified series of shoes products within the stimulated time period can have the certification code for registration.
開放購鞋優先報名 PUMA Consumer Registratio	11/16(一/Mon) 11:00 ~ 12/03(四/Thu) 17:00	一律採網路登錄，依欲參加之項目登記，資料送出即無法更改。持有購鞋序號者須於規定時間至報名網頁填寫資料，並限一次登入系統填寫資料，若未於規定時限內完成資料填寫視同放棄參賽。購鞋序號優先報名者需於規定時間內完成線上繳費，未完成者視同放棄參賽。此次活動的繳費方式一律採用信用卡線上付款，相關行政費用由參賽者自行負擔。參加2021PUMA螢光夜跑的跑者，報到方式將一律採郵寄報到。 All registration should be applied online. After the Serial number registration deadline, no further changes or modifications shall be permitted. PUMA consumer registration participants must sign-up and fill out all the information ONCE. If registration is not completed within the specified time period, the qualification will be cancelled. All participants must complete the online transaction within a stipulated time period, or the qualification will be cancelled. The registration fee must be paid by credit card online. Those who register by PUMA Consumer Registration should use postal check-in.

開放校園星Run組報名 Campus Run Registration	11/16(一/Mon) 14:00 ~ 12/03(四/Thu) 17:00	大專學生5人為一隊可優先報名參與本屆賽事，並需提供團員之學生證明文件供大會查證。報名參賽者需提供所有團員真實有效之學生證號供大會查證，如經查證發現有冒用或偽造情事，則該團員之報名無效、大會有權不予退費、並由偽造者自行承擔相關法律責任。一律採網路登錄，依欲參加之項目登記，資料送出即無法更改。校園星Run組報名須於規定時間至報名網頁填寫資料，一併提供團員學生證影本，限一次登入系統填寫資料，若未於規定時限內完成資料填寫視同放棄參賽。校園星 Run 組團員需於規定時間內完成繳費，未完成者視同放棄參賽。此次活動的繳費方式一律採用信用卡線上付款，相關行政費用由參賽者自行負擔。參加2021PUMA螢光夜跑的跑者，報到方式將一律採郵寄報到。 The group combined with 10(or more) college students can have the qualification of registration. Each Group should provide the student IDs and filled out for the organizer. All applicants should provide legal student IDs for the organizer to verify, if the imposter and forgery is found, the qualification would be cancelled with no refund. The applicant with imposter and forgery will take the responsibility of legal charge. All registration should be applied online. After the registration deadline, no further changes or modifications shall be permitted. The participants of Campus Run Registration must sign-up and fill out all the information form (including student ID) of all members at ONCE. If registration is not completed within the specified time period, the qualification will be cancelled. All participants must complete the payment transaction within a stipulated deadline, or the qualification will be cancelled. The registration fee must be paid by credit card online. Those who register through PUMA Consumer Registration should use mail check-in.

[第二階段] 個人報名｜ Individual Registration

2021 PUMA 螢光夜跑第二階段採網路限額報名，名額額滿即報名截止。
報名注意事項-嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎因應措施：
大會為配合政府法令規範、避免增加參賽者的染疫風險。若政府機關因疫情升溫而限制舉辦大型群聚活動，2021 PUMA螢光夜跑大會將由原訂的實體路跑活動變更為線上路跑形式，所有已報名參賽者將自動轉換成線上路跑之參賽方式，並不另行退費處理。參加跑者須先行同意此活動設定，再請報名2021 PUMA螢光夜跑。線上路跑及其他相關規定屆時將另行於活動官網公告。

2021 PUMA Night Run will take individual registration instead of lucky draw. The position is limited, please be sure you sign up your position in time.
To correspond to the government’s regulation of preventing cluster infection of Coronavirus. When the situation is getting worse and the government announce the prohibition of cluster. 2021 PUMA Night Run will directly change its form from actual running event to virtual running event. Every single participant will automatically change the way of competing. If the participants cannot accept this setting, please do not register. About virtual running event, PUMA Night Run will update further information on the official website.

個人資料填寫

進入資料填寫頁面後登記個人資料，並選擇欲參加的組別。

The applicants need to complete the application form and choose their desire competition categories. Each applicant ONLY can log into the system once. Please be sure that all the information that applicants provide must be accurate. ※ If any information is found out to be falsified or forged, the Association will disqualify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the event.

活動繳費

填寫完報名資料後隨後進入繳費頁面，請依網頁指示進行網路線上刷卡繳費。
※ 報名者於繳費階段需一併繳交報名費和郵寄報到費。

Please follow the payment instructions to complete the online transaction via credit card. ※ The applicants should pay the registration fee and postal check-in fee at the same time.

報名成功後 2 日內 E-mail 通知，或可至官網查詢報名資訊。

The event host will send out an email notification to confirm your registration after processing your payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 business days after payment, please go to the official website’s registration page to check your payment status or call the service number.

報到通知

報名完成後可至官網查詢報名資訊，大會將於活動前 1 週 E-mail 寄發報到通知書。

Email notifications will be sent out about the check-in location one week prior to the event date. If you do not receive this email notification one week prior to the event but have successfully completed registration, please call the service number for assistance.
